2011 Fitness Quiz.

1. What type of exercise did you do most this year (ex. yoga, running, a sport)?

2. What fitness accomplishment are you most proud of?

Losing 50 pounds in a year.

3. If you could change one thing about your health this year, what would it be?

Being more motivated to move.

4. What is your favorite workout item you purchased this year?

Probably my workout videos, all of them :D

5. What was your biggest moment of weakness?

When I let myself gain 10 pounds over the summer.

6. On average, about how many times a week did you exercise?

5 days at least.

7. Did you set a fitness resolution in January? If so, what was it?

Fit into a bikini by summer.

8. Did you start a gym membership, new sport, or class? If not, why?

Yes, I started going to curves and I do exercise classes.

9. What was the hardest workout you did this year?

When I took a Power Circuit class at my local gym. It really challenged my muscles and balance.

10. What helped you stay dedicated (ex. friends, fitblrs, goals) ?

The desire to wear cute clothes. And to become healthier in general.

11. Are you stronger now, then you were at the beginning of the year?

Definitely.

12. What was your most consumed snack or food?

I eat one to two apples a day so probably apples.

Day one: How tall are you, what do you currently weigh, and what do you hope to weigh after the 60 days are up?

Week one: I have a tendency to get bigger portions than I should. So portion control is where I will start.

Day one: I am 5”7, weigh 148 pounds, and I would like to get to 130-132.
